Position 75, page 157
From The Backgammon Book, by Oswald Jacoby and John R. Crawford

Black to play 4-3.

If black can get past those white obstructions, he may win a gammon; if he gets hit and doesn’t make an immediate sensational comeback shot, we will redouble him, he should refuse, and the game would be over. In fact, if black now makes a bad enough shot, we may decide our position is too good to redouble and play to win a gammon for ourselves!

Black rolls 4-3 and is safe for this roll at least. This is a bad roll for him since he has to move two men from his bar point (or else leave a blot, far worse).
