Yes, it is mediocre player, but no, it does not cheat.  It uses MS
random number generator to get the rolls.  If you are not happy with
those numbers, use the Options menu to roll you own dice.  Besides,
considering the price you paid for this program you should not complain
about its level of play .... <gr> :-)
