You can figure it out with the "ratings" command and a little bit of work:
players rated >2000: 8
1950-2000: 27
1900-1950: 56
1850-1900: 125
1800-1850: 204
1750-1800: 267
1700-1750: 377
1650-1700: 485
1600-1650: 642
1550-1600: 812
1500-1550: 858
1450-1500: 883
1400-1450: 714
1350-1400: 471
1300-1350: 317
1250-1300: 212
1200-1250: 106
1150-1200: 79
1100-1150: 28
1050-1100: 28
1000-1050: 10
<1000 : 14
Here is a histogram of those figures:

Daniel Murphy posted some related information in an article archived at:
http://www.deja.com/=dnc/getdoc.xp?AN=645257677
Jim Wallace shows a couple of results from 1995 and 1997 which seems to
indicate that the distribution has been relatively consistent (i.e. the
histogram above has been stretching vertically over the years, as players
join FIBS, but we have no evidence that there has been significant change
in the _proportion_ of players in each bracket):
