Leading 2-away with good gammon chances

A simple rule of thumb I use leading 2-away n-away is not to consider
doubling when my opponent has 4+ checkers back. Usually, there are either
too few wins, or too many gammon wins to double, or both. An exception
would be if all 4 checkers are on a single high anchor.
