I put them on my web server so anybody can download them. You will need the free Acrobat Reader to open the files as they are standard pdf files (see http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html). I put 2 files: one is for A4 size and the other one is for letter size. Each file is about 170K and contain a one page document with 10 cards ready to print and cut.
